Warranty & Returns

12 Month Warranty

At Tempus Lord we provide a 12-month warranty (outside of manufacturers warranty) against all of our products and services from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers any mechanical (movement) failures. The Tempus Lord warranty does not cover general wear & tear, scratches, dents or damage caused by the wearer whether that be physical or accidental damage. At the point of sale, we will advise you on how to best care for your item and if there is anything you are still unsure about, we will be happy to discuss it further.

In the rare event that your item does have a mechanical failure within the 12 months of warranty you would be required to return it to us to rectify the issue. All warranty repairs must be handled by Tempus Lord and should a 3rd party interfere then this would cause your warranty to be voided. Your warranty is with Tempus Lord Ltd and cannot be transferred should you wish to sell your watch elsewhere whilst in its warranty period from Tempus Lord.

Customised/personalised items and earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns

Please note this policy applies to watches purchased through our website only and does not apply to purchases made in store.

Tempus Lord offer 14 day returns policy on all UK orders only. If you want to return your watch and haven’t removed the security sticker, please contact us here within 14 days after the watch has been delivered. We will issue a refund once we have received the watch and it has cleared our inspection.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY WATCH?

If you would like to return your watch, you must inform us of this within 14 days from the day you received it. After this, you have another 14 days to return the watch to us. Please note Tempus Lord will not be held liable for any return postage. Returning your watch to us by post is done so at your risk. If you would like to deliver your watch in person, please contact us.

DO I HAVE TO RETURN EVERYTHING?

Yes, your watch must be returned in the exact state it was delivered to you in. This includes the box, papers, swing tags, protective stickers, accessories etc.

ARE ANY WATCHES NOT RETURNABLE?

Any purchase can be returned so long as it is in the exact same condition it was in at the time of purchase and hasn’t been altered or modified in any way. This includes, but is not limited to any signs that the watch has been worn such as scratches, marks, scuffs, dings, mechanical tampering etc. Please note that any unworn watch that has been ordered specifically is not valid for returns.

WHAT IS THE STICKER WRAPPED AROUND MY WATCH?

The security sticker attached to your watch is to give you peace of mind the watch you have purchased is 100% authentic and has been through a thorough inspection process to verify this. This sticker is designed so that goods can be tried on and examined for any faults without removal. Returns WILL NOT be accepted if this sticker has been damaged or removed, so please examine your watch thoroughly and ensure you are completely satisfied before removing it.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE REFUND?

Every watch returned to us must go through a thorough inspection by our watchmakers to ensure nothing has been tampered with and to assess the condition. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
